I don't train for looks alone; I train to build a human weapon system. My method combines full-body, spinal-engine-driven strength with classic muscle-building techniques. You get the power and agility of an athlete without the stiffness of a bodybuilder.
This is my own journey from 85kg down to 63kg, and back up to a stronger 72kg. I've lived through the struggle of unhealthy habits, injury, and demotivation. My coaching is built on real experience, not just textbook theories.
Real results speak louder than promises. This is my client Vimal's progress, going from 111kg to 86kg by sticking to the plan. This is what happens when you commit to a sustainable diet and consistent training.
The biggest myth I fight is that dietary cholesterol from foods like eggs causes heart disease. It's outdated nonsense. I follow and teach a fatty protein diet because real, nutrient-dense foods like meat and eggs are what your body is designed to thrive on.

After a spine injury, doctors told me I couldn't lift heavy anymore. I used my knowledge of functional movement and rehab to prove them wrong. I understand pain and recovery firsthand, and I build my clients back stronger.
I don't just talk about training like an athlete, I live it. Here I am after winning two gold medals in the Kerala State Grappling Competition. My methods are tested and proven in real competition.

I rehabilitated my own spine using functional movement and Ayurveda, and now I teach those exact methods to my clients.
