Fitness is about more than just gym hours. I'm Arnima, and I built BASE to help you get strong, skip the crash diets, and find a sustainable, judgment-free way to move.

I grew up trying to fit into society's standards for women, until I picked up my first barbell. Strength training gave me power and confidence, and that's why I created BASE: a safe, judgment-free space for anyone to feel at home in their own body.

At BASE, we cut through the fitness industry noise. There are no shortcuts or trends, just a shared goal to get strong and enjoy the process. We are a community that holds each other accountable and celebrates every step forward.

This is what it's all about. Ananya went from hating exercise to deadlifting 95kgs in five months. My goal is to make training a sustainable part of your life, helping you build confidence and discover what your body is truly capable of.

It's never too late to build strength. I designed these seven simple, equipment-free exercises to help older adults, like my own mom, improve posture, build back strength, and gain confidence in their movement, right from home.

Proper exercise execution is everything. I teach you how to control the eccentric, manage your tempo, and use a full range of motion to build strength effectively and train the target muscle without risking injury.

This is me hitting a 142.5kg deadlift. I don't just coach; I live this life. I practice what I preach, pushing my own limits so I can better guide you to push yours. This is the result of discipline, proper form, and a lot of heart.

Strength training is one of the most powerful tools for long-term health. It's not just about aesthetics; it's about improving heart health, insulin sensitivity, hormone regulation, and reducing chronic inflammation for a longer, healthier life.

I started BASE because I was tired of the fear-based coaching I saw everywhere. You shouldn't have to starve yourself to feel good. My goal is to teach you the why behind every movement so you eventually become your own coach. We focus on functional patterns—squats, hinges, pushes, pulls—that make you strong for life, not just for gym selfies.

When you train with me in HSR Layout, we look at the whole picture. That means we don't just count reps; we analyze your bloodwork, fix your sleep hygiene, and manage stress.
