Group OCR Training and Team Conditioning in Bengaluru
Obstacle course racing isn't a solo sport when you're training with us. We sweat on the same tracks, push through the same squats, and cross the finish line as one pack.
Sweat together, slay together. Our team winning a squats challenge at the Devil's Circuit. We were the last team standing, a testament to our endurance and teamwork.
Another shot of our team's victory in the squats challenge. The energy and support from the team is what gets you through the pain.
The whole team celebrating our win. This is what it's all about.
A proud team moment. We push each other to be unstoppable.
A behind the scenes look at the partner squat challenge. It requires perfect synchronization and trust.

Sunday obstacle course training with my team at Cole's Park. Being challenged is inevitable, but with a team, being defeated is optional.
Warming up with the team before the Yoddha Race. Proper preparation as a group ensures everyone is ready to perform their best.
Our team participating in the "Run for Inclusion" event, completing a 5km run followed by 100 burpees. We run for good causes.

About Our Tribe: Training & Triumphs
Real endurance isn't built in a silent gym, it's forged in the dirt with your squad. Whether we’re holding a squat challenge for ten minutes straight at Devil's Circuit or running 5km for a cause at Bhartiya Mall, the group dynamic ensures no one quits. You won't just see the effort in our photos, you'll feel that same energy when you're breathing hard next to a partner who refuses to let you stop.
In Nammabengaluroo [Our Bengaluru], we don't just work out; we build a revolution. When you train with Athletes Revolution, you aren't just another member. You become part of a tribe that understands that being challenged is inevitable, but being defeated is optional.
Why Train as a Squad?
Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) is mentally taxing. When your grip starts failing on a monkey bar or your lungs burn on the last leg of a 5km run, the person next to you is the difference between quitting and pushing. Our group sessions focus on:
- Synchronization: From partner squat challenges to synchronized burpees, we build trust and coordination.
- Shared Resilience: We rotate between high-intensity indoor sessions at my Kammanahalli gym and outdoor endurance drills at Kanteerava Stadium and Cole's Park.
- Real-World Prep: We replicate race-day conditions—mud, uneven terrain, and heavy carries—so you don't face surprises on the course.
Our Training Environment
We don't do flashy, machine-based isolation movements. We use tires, sandbags, and our own body weight. My sessions are designed for anyone willing to put in the work. Whether you are prepping for the Yoddha Race or simply want to build a functional, athletic body, we have a cohort that fits.
We have created a community where beginners and pro athletes train side-by-side. If you have the will to prepare to win, you belong here.
