Race Day: Conquering the Course
This is what we train for. See our team in action at major obstacle course races like Devil's Circuit, Wild Warrior, and various mountain marathons across the country. We don't just participate; we push our limits and bring home results.
Built Different: OCR Strength Training
Obstacle course races demand a unique kind of strength that you can't build with just barbells. We focus on functional, unconventional training using tires, sledgehammers, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises to prepare you for the specific challenges of an OCR.
Run Any Terrain: Endurance & Speed
An OCR is fundamentally a running race with challenges. We build your endurance and speed to handle any surface the course throws at you. Our training covers everything from track sprints and stair climbs to running on sand, trails, and hills.
Move Like a Pro: Agility & Mobility
Strength and endurance are not enough. OCR requires you to be mobile, flexible, and agile. We incorporate animal flow, gymnastics, and dedicated stretching routines to improve your range of motion and help you move through obstacles with fluid efficiency.
