About Our Tribe: More Than a Team
When you walk into our Jayanagar stadium track or our Kumaraswamy Layout gym, you won't see people training in isolation. You will see seniors guiding juniors, para-athletes crushing records alongside able-bodied pros, and a whole lot of masti during the cooldown. This is where the real work happens.
Our philosophy is simple: keep showing up. Whether you are a kid running your first 100m at Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium or an elite athlete training for nationals, the environment remains the same. We focus on the daily grind, not the glamour. We take immense pride in our inclusive approach. Our para-athlete program is not a separate wing. It is fully integrated. When you see our visually impaired athletes training with guide runners, you realize that limits are truly just in your head. Our coaches, including Vikram, ensure that the intensity remains high regardless of ability. Our gym in Kumaraswamy Layout is where we forge strength. With sandpits for plyometrics and heavy lifting zones for cleans and snatches, it is designed for results. This is where we handle the off-season slog. Recognition like the India Trade Awards is great, but that is not why we wake up at 5 AM. We do it for the breakthrough moments. If you have the fire, we have the team to help you fail, learn, and finally win.
