About Our Core Class Offerings
You do not need to be an athlete to start. Whether you choose our Cardio Kickboxing sessions in Malad, Power Yoga in Borivali, or our weekend beach bootcamps, I focus on form correction and consistency. Most students start with a free trial session to see if our training style fits their fitness goals before joining our regular batches.
I offer three main streams of fitness training, each designed to build specific physical and mental attributes.
Our Core Programs
- Cardio Kickboxing: We combine martial arts moves with fast-paced cardio. This is ideal if you want to burn calories while learning self-defense basics.
- Power Yoga: This is not about relaxing, it is about strength and focus. We use yoga to build core stability and mental discipline.
- Fitness Bootcamps: For those who want intensity, we move outdoors to Aksa or Gorai beach. We use sand running, ocean resistance, and heavy drills to push your limits.
How to Train With Us
We operate with a flexible schedule to ensure you stay consistent. You can join our standard batches in Borivali, Malad, or Virar, or attend via live online sessions from home. If you want full access, our 'Warrior Pass' allows you to attend unlimited weekday indoor classes and our high-intensity weekend outdoor bootcamps.
For Aspiring Instructors
Beyond general fitness, I also run a trainer certification program. If you are passionate about the industry and want to teach others, we offer structured levels for Cardio Kickboxing, Power Yoga, and Bootcamp instruction. This includes manuals, practical training planners, and guidance on running your own sessions.
Everything we do is grounded in the discipline I have learned over 12 years under Shihan Kousaku Yokota. We train hard, but we do it together as a team.
