For me, karate is not just a sport—it’s mera sukoon (my peace). Every session is about pushing for gold, not settling for silver. We don’t accept defeat; we get back up, every time.

Training Approach

We build you up from the ground in Shotokan karate basics. Expect a mix of:

  • Kihon: Repeating punches, kicks, blocks, and stances until you can do them in your sleep.
  • Karate kata training: Mastering patterns that sharpen both mind and movement.
  • Karate sparring drills: Safe, challenging partner work that tests your skills for real.
  • Practical self-defense techniques: Real stuff you can use outside the dojo.

My Story

People always ask, 'Tu Zindagi Bhar Karate He Karte Rahega Kya?' (Will you do karate your whole life?). For us, karate is not just a sport, it’s our identity, our dream, our struggle. Started as kids, now it’s just Eat, Sleep, Karate, Repeat. Politics, financial juggle, asking dad for money—sab chalta hai (it all happens). But we don’t accept defeat. Dojo is our sukoon (peace), and through Sweat N Punch, we want to give back—promoting karate and kickboxing, sharing what this art gave us. Bas, this is just the beginning.

My Work

Karate & Kickboxing Training - We offer Shotokan Karate classes, Kumite sparring drills, Kickboxing for beginners, and Self-Defense for all ages.

Teaching Style - Karate is more than punches. We mix discipline, focus, and even jokes to keep classes real and effective.

What You’ll Learn - Basics, Kata, Kumite, plus practical drills like reaction time training with tennis balls—find your best self, on and off mat.
