This is a tendon stretch on the reformer. It's a deep stretch for the entire posterior chain, from the heels to the back of the neck, which is essential for flexibility and pain prevention.

About A Glimpse of My Training
We do not just count reps here. Whether you are using the Reformer or the Cadillac, every movement is guided by tactile cueing to ensure your spine is aligned and your core is actually engaged. You will feel the burn, but we make sure the form is precise to protect your joints, not just wear them out.
At Pilates For You, my approach is rooted in Contrology—the original Pilates method. It is why you will see me constantly adjusting angles, tweaking your pelvic tilt, or changing the spring resistance during our sessions.
My training style is a mix of rigorous science and keeping things light enough that you actually want to show up. We focus on:
- Biomechanical Alignment: Using the Reformer to identify if you are compensating with your traps instead of your lats.
- Corrective Flow: Addressing that nagging WFH back pain or scoliosis curvature through targeted spinal decompression.
- Real-Time Adaptation: If you arrive feeling stiff from a long week, we pivot the session intensity to match your body’s threshold that day.
It is about building a 'powerhouse' that lasts, not just a temporary pump. Whether you are in my Hauz Khas studio or training at your home across Delhi, we prioritize the 'why' behind the movement. You will learn to control your breath, engage your deep core, and finally understand why that specific stretch feels so necessary. It is hard work, but the results are worth the effort.
