  • Corrective Focus: From kyphotic posture issues caused by long desk hours to specific spinal alignment needs like scoliosis, I assess your movement patterns on the spot.
  • Functional Mobility: We work on unilateral strength, thoracic extension, and deep core engagement to ensure you aren't just moving, but moving correctly.
