Join my group sessions at the Hauz Khas studio for a full-body workout that challenges your strength, balance, and coordination. We keep it small, precise, and never boring.

You can hear me guiding the class to "push, go down, lift your leg". This is a glimpse into the verbal cues I use to ensure every client maintains perfect form and muscle engagement during a challenging glute and core exercise.

"Exhale and pull it. Breathe in. Good, breathe out." This clip shows the importance of synchronized breathing in my classes, which helps clients engage their deep core muscles and move with precision and control.

Perfection is what we strive for in every movement. Here, clients are performing a synchronized leg extension, focusing on control and form to maximize the benefits of the exercise and build long, lean muscles.

The short box series on the reformer is a classic Pilates sequence that deeply challenges the core. This video shows clients moving through different variations, targeting their abdominals and improving spinal mobility.

This video shows a rowing with lunges variation. By adding a resistance band around the thighs, we increase the challenge on the glutes and outer hips, making it a powerful full body exercise.

Using a rolling ball on the reformer adds an element of instability, forcing the core to work even harder. This exercise is excellent for building deep abdominal strength and improving balance.

Oblique pulls on the reformer are fantastic for sculpting the waistline and strengthening the side body. Here, clients use a stability ball to support their form while engaging their obliques with control.

This clip shows clients performing lateral lunges while incorporating shoulder strengthening with dumbbells. This compound movement is efficient, targeting multiple muscle groups at once for a comprehensive workout.

I'm seen here providing a hands on correction to ensure proper squat form. My goal is to challenge my clients with exercises that improve balance, strength, and coordination in every session.

This exercise requires a high degree of control and coordination. The client is using the reformer straps on her feet to perform complex leg patterns, which challenges both her mind and her core.

About Group Reformer Classes

You might think group classes are just generic routines, but I keep my batches capped at five people. This isn't a factory-line setup; I am walking around the floor constantly to adjust your spinal alignment and ensure you are actually engaging your deep core, not just swinging on the machine.

Why My Group Sessions are Different

Most reformer classes rely on verbal cues from the front of the room, but my approach is hands-on. Because we limit the group size, I have the time to correct your form, whether it is fixing your pelvic tilt during a leg series or ensuring you are not compensating with your neck during core work.

The Workout

We rotate through classic Contrology movements to keep things fresh. You will cycle through the short box series to challenge your abdominals, lateral lunges for hip mobility, and balance-focused stability work. Adding props like magic circles, stability balls, and resistance bands ensures that every muscle group is recruited and you never hit a plateau.

Who This Is For

These sessions are for anyone in Delhi who wants to get strong without the monotony of a typical gym floor. If you are dealing with chronic stiffness from WFH life or just want to level up your existing fitness, these group classes offer the perfect balance of structured progression and high-energy motivation. We focus on the lumbopelvic complex, thoracic spine mobility, and building long-term strength. You will feel the burn, but it is always safe, controlled, and science-backed.
