About The Grind & The Glow-Up
Kelu bro, a great physique doesn't happen by accident or by buying fancy shakes. It comes from the small, unglamorous choices you make daily. It is about when you sleep, what you eat, and actually showing up when you do not feel like it. I did not get here because I am special. I got here because I stopped waiting for the perfect time and started doing the work.
Building a physique is not about vanity. It is about self-respect. People see the photos and think it is easy, but it is the result of 365 days of showing up, even when you want to quit.
Whether you are dealing with 'skinny fat' issues or just struggling to balance a corporate job with your health, the principles remain the same:
- The Indian Kitchen: You do not need exotic ingredients to get strong. We use Roti, Rice, and Idli to fuel your training, keeping it sustainable.
- Mindset Over Muscle: If your head is not in the game, your body will not change. I coach you to stop the 'what will they say' anxiety that keeps you out of the gym.
- No Shortcuts: I do not believe in performance enhancers or magic juices. We use caloric control, compound lifts, and simple patience.
Whether you are based in Hubli, Bangalore, or anywhere else, the struggle of consistency is universal. I have been there.
