Our Coaching Philosophy

At Sasthapools, we believe a great coach changes a life. Founded by Ratheesh Raveendran, who serves as the CISCE National Swimming Coordinator, our academy brings professional standards to every lesson. We avoid the bootcamp approach, opting instead for a friendly, easy-going environment where students feel safe to learn. Our coaches are trained to work with all demographics, from infants in parent-child sessions to adults overcoming water phobia.

We are committed to maintaining high standards in facility and instruction, which is why we value partnerships like our collaboration with Decathlon International. This ensures our environment meets rigorous community and safety expectations. Our pools are clean and well-maintained, offering a mix of outdoor and semi-indoor settings across Bangalore, including key locations like Whitefield and Bannerghatta Road.

Training Structure

We integrate dry-land fitness exercises into our water sessions to improve stamina and core strength, ensuring a holistic approach to swimming. For those looking to compete, our advanced squad training focuses on race tactics, stroke correction, and endurance, while our beginner programs prioritize the basics like breath control and buoyancy. Our goal is to ensure every student walks away feeling stronger, safer, and more confident.
