About Our Cake Menu
I keep the menu focused for a reason—decision fatigue is real. Whether you are eyeing the Frankenstein with its Old Monk ganache or want a simple, rich Chocolate Fudge cake, every option here is built on real butter, 70% dark chocolate, and zero artificial shortcuts. If you have dietary needs, just ask; most of these can be made eggless or gluten-free without losing that flavour punch.
Deciding on a cake should not feel like a chore, which is why I have kept the menu short and sharp. You get the heavy hitters: the Frankenstein, loaded with a cookie base and Old Monk ganache; the Raspberry Crunch Fudge; or the classics like our rich 70% Dark Chocolate Fudge. Every menu item lists exactly what is inside, so you know if you are getting salted potato chip praline or fresh citrus curd.
Since this is a small-batch operation in Cuffe Parade, I do not believe in mass-producing, so you will not find generic, dry sponge here. If you need something specific for the team or family, we do eggless and gluten-free versions for most flavours. Because I know how frustrating it is to order a cake only to have it arrive as a hot mess, everything from our mini 500g cakes to the 3kg multi-tier monsters is packed in reinforced boxes designed for Mumbai traffic.
