About Custom Celebration Cakes
Since I bake everything from scratch in my Malad kitchen, I need 5-6 days of lead time for custom designs. This ensures your cake is not an off-the-shelf product, but something crafted specifically for your celebration, whether it is a themed birthday or an intimate anniversary.
When you order a custom cake from me, you are not just getting a dessert, you are getting a piece of my kitchen that is built around your specific moment. Whether it is a two-tier cake for a grand 25th anniversary or a bento-style treat for a quiet celebration, I focus on the details—the piping, the theme, and most importantly, the taste.
My Custom Process Everything is 100% eggless. Because I do not use heavy preservatives, I bake your cake closer to the time of your event. I love taking on specific themes. Send me your ideas, color palettes, or even a mood board, and we can figure out the best way to execute it in sponge and cream.
Flavors & Fusion I do not just stick to standard vanilla or chocolate. While my Chocolate Truffle and Dutch Chocolate are favorites, I enjoy mixing things up. I have done Kulfi Falooda flavors for fusion-themed parties and fresh, seasonal Mango Maharaja cakes during the summer.
