When you order a custom cake, you’re not just getting a dessert. You’re getting my full attention, usually with some loud music playing in the background and flour everywhere. I hand-pipe every swirl, mix the ganache from scratch, and obsess over the final result until it feels just right.

People think cake is just cake. At Salt, it’s a process. I’m a one-woman show in my Colaba kitchen, meaning I don't use industrial mixes or shortcuts. Whether it’s my 'Frankenstein' signature—a chaotic, delicious mix of cookie dough, cheesecake, and Old Monk ganache—or a minimalist wedding tier with fresh figs, everything is made to order.

I built this brand on the idea that celebration cakes should actually taste good, not just look pretty in a photo. That means I use real butter, high-quality dark chocolate, and nothing artificial. It might not be perfect—sometimes the piping is a little messy, or a flower isn't placed exactly where I planned—but it’s made by hand, not by a machine.
