These cakes aren't meant to look like they came off a conveyor belt. When you order a cake with character, you’re getting hand-piped details, vintage Lambeth-style frills, and usually a message that makes your friends laugh or cringe. Whether you want a heart-shaped disaster with a sassy quote or a hand-painted masterpiece that hides a delicious mess inside, we build it together.
I don’t do fondant-covered statues that taste like cardboard. My cakes are about flavor and personality. I use 54% to 70% dark couverture chocolate, real butter, and fresh fruit. If you want a 'Frankenstein' cheesecake base or a classic vanilla sponge with sprinkles, we figure it out.
Since I run the kitchen myself, we skip the corporate nonsense. Send me your mood boards or that napkin sketch you made, and I’ll tell you what’s physically possible before we start piping. We do vintage Lambeth piping, hand-painted florals, or just simple text that gets right to the point.
Just remember, these are handmade. If you’re looking for factory-perfect lines, you’re looking in the wrong place. We focus on the taste, the texture, and the vibe.
