About Signature Cakes & Custom Orders
I don't use fondant, ever. My signature finish is silky smooth Belgian chocolate ganache or meringue-based buttercream, which means your cake tastes as good as it looks. Please keep in mind that I need a bit of lead time to source the best seasonal ingredients and prep my sponges, so I cannot accommodate last-minute or same-day orders.
Every cake I bake is 100% eggless and rooted in the belief that real ingredients beat shortcuts any day. My Approach to Custom Cakes
When you order a custom cake, you are getting a dessert that has been planned from the sponge up. I avoid fondant because I prefer the mouthfeel of ganache and buttercream. This means the designs are clean, modern, and focused on piping, fresh florals, or edible textures rather than heavy sugar pastes.
Why Lead Time Matters
I am a small-batch baker. I don't mass-produce, and I don't use pre-made mixes. This is why I ask for at least 4-5 days of notice for custom cake bookings. It allows me to prepare my infusions, reduce my fruits, and ensure the ganache is set perfectly. If you are planning a milestone birthday, an anniversary, or a simple get-together, reach out early so I can slot you into my production schedule.

Since every cake is made to order, we have room to play with flavours. If you have a specific theme in mind, let me know. I love working with seasonal produce—like Aamras in the summer or strawberries when they are at their peak.
