You are getting a treat baked in my home kitchen, using quality butter, dark chocolate, and homemade fillings. I prefer to keep things fresh and manageable, which is why I focus on perfecting classics like my fudgy brownies and experimenting with fun mashups.

My Signature Treats

• Brookies: The best of both worlds. I take a rich, dark chocolate brownie base and top it with thick chocolate chip cookie dough. You get the chew of a brownie with the bite of a cookie in every square.

• Millionaire Shortbread: This is a labor of love. It has three distinct layers: a crumbly, buttery shortbread crust, a smooth layer of caramel I make from scratch, and a crisp dark chocolate ganache on top. It is rich, so a little goes a long way.

• Blondies: For those who prefer a non-chocolate base, I bake dense blondies. My personal favorite is the Lotus Biscoff version, which brings a nice spiced caramel flavor to the mix.
