I see design as a way to create spaces that just feel right—where the land, light, and people all come together. What Drives Us

• I’m obsessed with ‘soul spaces’. Whether it’s a new house or a heritage home, I look for ways to tie the space to its surroundings—sometimes even working around a big old tree or bringing in those classic Indian touches, but with a twist.
• Light and air are a big deal for me. I’ll break down walls if it means you get a home that breathes.
• Sustainability isn’t an afterthought. I try to reuse what I can, choose earth-friendly materials, and work with local artisans.

What We Build

• Ground-up homes and farm retreats that feel like they belong to the land. (Think: Coorg coffee estates, Himalayan hideaways.)
• Urban home makeovers. I’ve taken old, dark apartments and turned them into bright, open spaces.

How We Work

You’ll see us on-site, chatting with carpenters or picking out just the right tile. We’re hands-on, and we like it that way. Our network runs deep—trusted masons, clever fabricators, and craftspeople who get what we’re trying to do.

Projects take us all over—Delhi NCR, Coorg, Gujarat, even the hills. No matter where, we stick to our way: thoughtful, grounded, a little bit stubborn about doing things right.
