About Lil' Champs in Action (Ages 5-10)

In our Lil' Champs batch, we focus on correct form from day one. We use a 60-minute training block that alternates between technical kicking drills and agility work with ladders and hurdles. This isn't a playgroup; it's genuine martial arts training where your child learns coordination, reaction timing, and the discipline to follow instructions, all under the supervision of 4th Dan instructors.

Training Approach

At Realistic World Taekwondo School, we treat children as students of martial arts, not just participants in an activity. My approach is rooted in my training at Daekyeung University in South Korea. We strip away the shortcuts and focus on the technical requirements of the Kukkiwon syllabus. For kids aged 5-10, the priority is building the foundational muscles and neural pathways required for advanced sparring later on.

What They Learn

  • Technical Basics: Students learn proper stances, blocking, and kicking mechanics. We ensure they master the 'how' before increasing the speed.
  • Agility & Coordination: We use specific drill equipment—agility ladders, hurdles, and reaction pads—to make sure they develop physical control beyond the mat.
  • Sparring Readiness: Safety is non-negotiable. Our students train with proper, age-appropriate protective gear to learn offense and defense without risk.

Our Environment

We operate out of our dedicated indoor dojang in Najafgarh. It is equipped with 25mm interlocking mats for impact safety. I lead these sessions with Coach Satinder, and we maintain a strict ratio to ensure every child gets the corrections they need. We don’t just watch; we actively guide their biomechanics. Whether your goal is fitness, posture, or setting them on a path toward future competition, the training here is authentic and consistent.
