Instead, we use Taekwondo footwork and agility drills—such as ladder work, hurdle jumping, and explosive movements on steppers—to build the balance and core strength that general conditioning often misses. Our facility features 25mm interlocking mats, providing the shock absorption necessary to protect your joints during high-repetition workouts.
