About Juniors & Cadets: Competition Training
We train using full Olympic-style electronic scoring equipment and chest guards from day one, not just foam pads. This ensures our students are never surprised by the speed or intensity when they step onto the mats at the Delhi State or All India Championships.
Success in competition isn't accidental. It is the result of systematic repetition. At our Najafgarh dojang, we follow the strict Kukkiwon syllabus, which serves as the technical foundation for every medal we chase.
Our training methodology prioritizes:
- Live Sparring: We use full protective gear to simulate match conditions. Students learn to manage their distance, control their breathing, and read an opponent’s movement in real-time.
- Reaction Conditioning: We use ladders, hurdles, and agility drills to develop the explosive speed needed for scoring.
- Technical Precision: Every kick and block is scrutinized. Whether it is a roundhouse kick or a complex counter-attack, we work on the biomechanics until the technique is efficient and powerful.
Students in this batch are pushed beyond their comfort zones. We prepare them for the mental and physical demands of the tournament ring, emphasizing stamina and tactical awareness. If your goal is to represent your school or the state in formal competition, this is where you build that capability. Hana, dul! Taekwondo!
