About Taekwondo & Martial Arts
Our dojo in Kalkaji uses 25mm high-density EVA mats to keep every kick, jump, and tumble safe for kids aged 4-10. We balance structured combat drills and Poomsae forms with a fun, supportive atmosphere so your child actually looks forward to their practice instead of feeling like they are at a gym.
It is not just about kicks and punches here. We teach the fundamentals of Taekwondo—stance, focus, and breathing—in a way that feels like play. Kids learn to listen, respect their peers, and push their limits during our sparring and target-kicking drills.
Beyond the uniform, it is about building real confidence. We see kids who walk in shyly and start standing tall within a few weeks. Whether it is mastering a new form or gaining the courage to try a new maneuver, the growth is real.
We keep it cool, literally. Our basement space is fully air-conditioned and padded, which means no scraped knees and no complaints about the Delhi heat or dust. Sessions run on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday evenings. We keep batch sizes small so every child gets the attention they need to perfect their posture and power. I’m Ninja Kids, and I believe active kids are happy kids. I run this space in Kalkaji to turn screen time into real-world skill-building, whether it’s through martial arts, gym time, or just having a good time.
