I do not sell shortcuts or magic pills. Fast bowling is a grind, and my philosophy is simple: identify speed leaks, build consistent habits, and put in the work off the pitch. If you are serious about your cricket career, this is where you start.

Everyone has an inspiration, but my inspiration was the struggle itself. The hard work, the discipline, and the dedication when no one is watching. This is the mindset I instill in every bowler I train.

For young fast bowlers in U-16 and U-19, the goal is gradual, consistent improvement. We aim to add 0.5 KMPH every month through continuous learning and execution. You have time, so we build your speed the right way to avoid injury.

The data shows that most aspiring fast bowlers quit within a few years due to injuries, pressure, or lack of commitment. With a strong mentor and a clear process, you can beat the odds. I am here to be that mentor.

What is the secret to bowling fast? 'Lagataar abhyaas' or consistent practice. There are no days off. You must focus on good coaching, good food, and relentless, correct practice. That is the only way.

When all other methods fail, we use unorthodox training to increase speed. One such method is increasing the bowling distance by two yards. This forces your body to work harder and can break through stubborn speed plateaus.

About My Coaching Philosophy

Speed is not just about gym sessions or fancy equipment; it is about eliminating the 'leaks' in your bowling action. Whether it is your run-up rhythm or your wrist position, even a minor inefficiency kills your pace. We do not guess. We analyze your action, break down the mechanics, and rebuild them so you do not just bowl fast, you bowl smart.
