About My Coaching Philosophy
My training happens in a raw basement facility with industrial fans and rubber mats. You won't find AC or fancy mirrors here because those don't build power. Whether you are lifting with a hex bar or executing depth jumps, every single movement is tracked for rate of force development. You are here to work, and I am here to ensure that work is calculated.
No Fads, Only Physics
Most people get seduced by the latest training trends. Those fads fail because they lack the basic work required for real athletic adaptation. My philosophy is simple: we train for athleticism, not just aesthetics. You are here to become faster, more elastic, and coordinated. We focus on your nervous system efficiency, not just muscle size.
The Anatomy of My Sessions
- Foundation: Absolute strength is a must. We build this with big lifts like deadlifts and squats using safety bars.
- Power Output: We use medicine ball throws and depth jumps (up to 42 inches) to improve your explosive power.
- Isometrics: I utilize holding drills against immovable pins to help you recruit maximum motor units.
- Injury Prevention: We work on braking forces and pre-hab routines for your shoulders and hips to ensure you stay in the game.
My Approach to Training
My facility is for those willing to hustle. It is a raw space in Gurugram designed for focus. We train barefoot for enhanced sensory feedback and use sleds, chains, and resistance bands to challenge your body in multiple planes. I do not care about your motivation; motivation fades. I care about your discipline. Whether you are a pro athlete or someone in their 50s, if you are ready to put in the work, we will get results.
