360-Degree Cricket Coaching & Skill Development
Real cricket is built on fundamentals, not fairy tales. I don’t promise miracles; I build athletes through disciplined technique, match-ready fitness, and an honest approach to the game.
To play aggressive cricket, you must master the backfoot. Here, our batting coach Rajeev Rathore is teaching a young player the nuances of creating space and playing powerful backfoot shots. It's about building a strong foundation.
This is Amogh, starting his journey with us. We focus on getting the basics right from day one, from the stance and grip to the mindset. Every great career is built on a solid foundation of discipline and hard work.
The process is everything. Before you can dream of hitting big shots, you must enjoy the hard work of practice. Here, a young batsman is working on his technique under the watchful eye of our coach, Mr. Rajeev Rathore.
Preparation is everything. A young batsman in the nets, focused and ready. Every session is a step towards the main goal. It's all about the process and putting in the hard work every single day.
He deserves every bit of success that comes his way. This player consistently puts the team above himself and works relentlessly on his game. This is the kind of warrior mindset we cultivate here.
Game on. We prepare you for war, so you don't have to worry about the battlefield. This kid's dedication is a treat to watch. He understands the process and knows that hard work always pays off.
You have to keep adding passion to your work and work to your passion. Here's a look at a young all-rounder honing both his batting and bowling skills. We encourage players to develop multiple dimensions to their game.
It's not about working hard for a few days. It's about showing up every single day, whether you feel like it or not. We instill discipline and create an environment where athletes are pushed to be their best.
Nothing happens overnight. It takes dedication, commitment, and the wisdom to choose the right path. Here, a young all-rounder is seen working on both his batting and running, building a complete game.
Practice what you will face in a match. We use drills like this to simulate match scenarios and put extra pressure on the player. This is how you bring out the best in them and prepare them for real-game challenges.
About Forging Warriors: The 360° Training System
You want to bowl fast, but if you can’t hit the right length—what we call the 'tappa'—raw speed is useless. I see so many kids chasing 150 kph when they haven't even mastered their basic biomechanics. Here, we don't 'copy-paste' workouts from social media. We analyze your action, fix your landing, and build a bowler who can actually execute a game plan, not just look good on a speed gun. If you are here for shortcuts, you are in the wrong place.
The 360-Degree Method
Cricket isn't just about how you hold the bat or how you run in to bowl. It is a complete package. My training system covers the four pillars that actually define a cricketer:
- Batting: We focus on the foundation first. Head position, backfoot play, and solid defensive technique. Once that is locked in, we move to high-pressure match simulations so you can perform when the game is on the line.
- Bowling: It starts with biomechanics. We ensure your action is safe and consistent. Whether you are aiming for pace or swing, if you can't land the ball where you want to, you won't survive at the competitive level.
- Fitness & Fielding: Fielding is where matches are won. We run mandatory drills for agility and reaction times. Our strength and conditioning sessions—using tires, sledges, and functional movements—are designed to make you a robust athlete, not just a gym-goer.
- The Mental Game: The pressure of a match is different from a net session. Through my 'Meditate n Dominate' sessions, we work on focus, self-awareness, and handling the ups and downs of the sport.
Why This Approach Matters
There are too many academies out there promising immediate selection or 160 kph bowling speeds. That is how they sell dreams. I am here to tell you the truth: genetics matter, and skill development takes time. My goal is to produce players who are technically sound, mentally tough, and ready to face the realities of the game at the U-16, U-19, and Ranji levels. We use real tools, like Pocket Radar for feedback and 4-piece leather balls for match simulation, to ensure you are training in conditions that mirror the real world.

I'm Rajeev Rathore. I don’t sell dreams or promise instant success because those are just traps. My academy is for those who are ready to put in the hard work every single day, understand the process, and build the skills that actually matter in a match.
