About Training & Skill Development
We don't just put you in the nets and watch. Whether you need to fix your backlift or get your bowling action consistent, we use video analysis and sidearm throwdowns to break down your technique on the spot. You will know exactly what you are doing right and where you need to adjust to reach that state-level standard.
Your Path to Better Cricket
Training at SSCA is about more than just hitting balls. We focus on the 'how' and 'why' of every shot and delivery, ensuring our students understand the game as well as they play it.
Technical Precision Every player is different. In our 1-on-1 sessions, we use video analysis to show you exactly where your stance or bowling action might be leaking power. We do not just talk; we correct. You will be facing hundreds of balls with immediate feedback from our NIS and ICC-certified team. It is intense, but that is how habits are built.
Surface & Match Readiness You will not always play on a perfect pitch in a real match. That is why we train on everything:
- Turf Wickets: For natural bounce and movement.
- Cement & Matting: For testing your reflexes against pace and uneven bounce.
- Indoor Nets: When the Delhi weather gets too hot or rainy, we move inside so your training never stops.
Fitness & Discipline Modern cricket demands elite fitness. Our conditioning drills—sprints, stamina, and core—are mandatory. We want you to stay energetic till the very last over. Whether you are aiming for district trials, a spot in the Delhi U-15 squad, or just want to improve your game, our program is designed to take you there.
Note: Students are expected to bring their own kits. We provide the balls, stumps, and a whole lot of motivation.
