Real Cricket Training & Professional Performance
Dekho, yahan koi shortcut nahi hai. This collection shows what actual cricket training looks like—fitness standards, match simulations, and players doing the hard work to level up.
This is what it’s all about. The smile on a player's face after taking a crucial wicket in a professional league. We train for these moments, where hard work and skill come together under pressure. This is the result of the grind.
The work doesn't stop at the nets. Here, I'm guiding a player through a strength and conditioning routine, focusing on building a powerful core and lower body. This is the foundation for explosive batting and injury-free fast bowling.
Basics first, always. Here, our batting specialist, Mr. Rathore, works on a young player's head position. A stable head is the key to watching the ball closely and playing powerful, controlled shots. We build your game from the ground up.
We use the speed gun, but not to chase numbers. It's a tool for feedback. This video shows a bowler hitting consistent speeds in the 130s, but our focus remains on hitting the right 'tappa' or line and length. Speed is a bonus, skill is the weapon.
The proof is in the results. This is Abhinandan Singh, one of our trainees, getting picked up by Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the IPL auction. We provide the platform and the training to get you noticed by professional franchises.
I'll always choose skill over raw speed. You can bowl at 160 kph, but if you can't land the ball on the right spot, you're useless against a good batsman. I teach you the art of bowling, how to outthink the batsman and take wickets.
Fielding is non-negotiable here. We make even the toughest drills engaging. This fun catching session builds reflexes, agility, and a fearless attitude on the field. Catches win matches, and we make sure you're ready.
If you want to play at the highest level, you have to train at the highest level. I've set new fitness standards at the academy. Every senior player must clear a Yo-Yo test or Bronco test to be eligible for matches. No shortcuts, no excuses.
About Featured
Yahan hum cricket ke sapne nahi bechte, hum career banate hain. What you see in these images is the standard protocol—from mandatory Yo-Yo and Bronco fitness tests to match simulation drills. If you are looking for a comfortable academy that just takes your fee, move on. But if you are ready to grind and test yourself against professional benchmarks, this is where you belong.
No Shortcuts, Just Standards
We don't 'coach' in the traditional sense; we prepare athletes for the real world of professional cricket. The photos here aren't just for show. They document the exact environment where our trainees prepare for Ranji Trophy, Delhi U-23, and IPL opportunities.
Why Our Training is Different
- Fitness is Non-Negotiable: You will see clips of fitness testing because that is the baseline. If you cannot clear our Yo-Yo or Bronco tests, you are not match-ready. We don't let players play league matches without meeting these standards because we know that’s the reality of the game.
- Skills Over Raw Speed: We use speed guns, but only for feedback. A 130kph ball that hits the 'tappa' (the right spot) is infinitely more valuable than a 150kph wild delivery. Our training focuses on bowling biomechanics, head position in batting, and fielding agility.
- The 'Featured' Proof: The success of our students, like those picked for IPL auctions, isn't luck. It is the result of training alongside state-level players and professionals like Nitish Rana. We simulate match pressure in our nets so that when you step onto a real field, it feels like practice.
Stop chasing marketing gimmicks and start training with reality.
