Since 1963, our kitchen has remained committed to ruchi and shuchi, or taste and purity. We believe food is a story, not just sustenance. Our signature cooking technique involves heavy-bottomed brass vessels, which distribute heat evenly and impart a unique character to our gravies and rasam. The wood-fire method, used for our staples, brings a subtle, smoky complexity that modern gas burners simply cannot replicate.

Our Baale Ele Oota, the traditional banana leaf meal service, is designed to transport guests back to their roots.
