Snehitare, welcome to our kitchen. Here is a glimpse of the tradition, family, and recipes that we have been honoured to serve for 39 years.

This is our temple-style Puliyogare, made with the same authentic Iyengar recipe my father has been perfecting for 39 years. We serve it on a fresh banana leaf, garnished with fried peanuts and cashews, to give you the taste of prasada right in your home.

Snehitare, I want you to meet the heart of our kitchen. These are not just chefs, they are our family. From Jaganna, who has been cooking with my father since before I was born, to our 'Speed Raja' who can cook for thousands, each one carries our legacy forward.

For Ganesha and Gowri festivals, nothing is more special than homemade Kadubu. Here, you can see our team preparing both Sihi Kadubu with a sweet jaggery filling and Khara Kadubu with a savoury lentil mix, carefully steamed in banana leaves for that authentic aroma and flavour.

Our Bele Holige is a must-have for Ugadi. Each one is handmade with a soft chana dal and jaggery filling, cooked to perfection. We make them fresh for the festival, so you can enjoy this traditional sweet with your family.

Watch as we prepare our popular Aloo Bonda. We dip spiced potato balls into a fresh gram flour batter and fry them until they are perfectly golden and crisp. We only start frying after you place your order, so they arrive hot and ready to eat.

This is our traditional Sakkare Pongal, or sweet pongal, a comforting dish offered in temples and made during festivals. It is slow-cooked with rice, moong dal, jaggery, and a generous amount of ghee, then garnished with cashews and raisins.

We do not believe in batch-cooking days in advance. Every batch of our signature sambar powder, every fried snack, and every holige you see here is prepared fresh only after you place your order. This means when you call us, you are getting food that was prepared specifically for your request, not something that has been sitting on a shelf.

Authentic Saatvika Aahara We specialize in pure vegetarian, saatvika aahara, meaning we do not use onion or garlic in our preparations. From the temple-style Puliyogare and Vangi Bath to our signature Aloo Bonda and Bele Holige, we follow traditional methods. We grind our masalas in-house and fry our snacks in fresh oil only after you order, ensuring you get that home-cooked taste rather than industrial quality.
