Authentic Iyengar Foods: From Our Kitchen To Yours

When you order our spices or snacks, you are not getting something that has been sitting on a shelf. We grind our masalas and fry our snacks in small, fresh batches right here in our Rajarajeshwari Nagar kitchen. This way, the aromatic oils and natural flavours stay exactly as they were when my father developed these recipes decades ago.

My father, Sri Ranganath Iyengar, started this journey in 1986 as RR Caterers. Today, as we continue as RVR Foods, that same commitment to the process remains. We do not store ready-made stocks because we want you to receive the same quality that we serve at our own home.

Our branding is simple. When you see the caricature of my father on our labels, know that it is our personal guarantee. We focus on:

• Small Batches: Nothing is mass-produced. We prepare your order specifically for you.
• Preservative-Free: We use traditional methods like sun-drying and natural grinding. Our powders, like our Iyengar-style sambar powder or temple-style puliyogare mix, do not contain onion or garlic, making them perfect for sattvic aahara (pure food).
• Freshness: Our snacks, such as chakli or nippattu, are fried only after you order, ensuring they reach you crunchy and fresh.

Packaging and Delivery

We take great care in how we pack your food. We use sealed, food-grade pouches to prevent moisture from ruining the texture of our dry snacks or the aroma of our masala powders. Whether you are ordering a small pack of rasam pudi for your daily cooking or a larger batch for a housewarming pooja, we treat every order with the same care.

We offer pickup at our Rajarajeshwari Nagar location, and we deliver across Bengaluru. Since everything is made fresh, we request you to place your orders a little in advance so we can prepare them properly.
