Yoga is about feeling alive, not just twisting into shapes. Join me for a journey of breath, movement, and self-discovery through my practice.

I find that practicing in nature, especially during the quiet moments of sunrise or sunset, connects us to something larger than ourselves. This is a moment from a Hatha Vinyasa flow on a mountaintop in Maharashtra, feeling the energy of the earth as I move.

A retreat is about community, our sanga. Here is a look at a group session at the Varanasi Yogashala, where we moved and breathed together, supporting each other's practice. Every student, regardless of level, finds their own rhythm.

Balance isn't just physical, it's mental. On a trek during one of my retreats, I found this spot that called for a moment of stillness and focus. This is Natarajasana, the dancer's pose, embracing the quiet strength that nature teaches us.

Finding symmetry and stillness in the midst of movement is a core part of my practice. This handstand, or Adho Mukha Vrksasana, is a result of consistent practice, building strength and trust in my body day by day.

The sound of the waves, the setting sun, and the rhythm of the breath. This is a simple flow sequence by the sea, moving through asanas like Navasana (boat pose) and seated twists to wind down the day and turn inward.

My teaching is rooted in dynamic flow yoga, where each movement is linked to the breath. This sequence, moving from Utkatasana (chair pose) into a handstand, shows how we can build strength and grace through dedicated indoor practice.

The journey of yoga is one of self-acceptance, not forcing the body. With patient practice, flexibility and advanced postures like this leg-behind-the-head pose, Eka Pada Sirsasana, become accessible. It is all about the process.

Whether we are in a Mumbai studio for an inversion clinic or trekking in the Maharashtra hills, my focus remains on Hatha Vinyasa flow. We link your breath to every movement so you learn to listen to your own body instead of forcing it. This creates a practice that feels sustainable for your life, not just for the mat.
