When I host these food fiestas, my goal is simple. I want you to feel like you have stepped into a small beach shack in Goa, even if you are sitting in your living room in Bengaluru. Whether it is a spicy Mutton Xacuti or my signature Chilli Garlic Crabs paired with Egg Fried Rice, every dish relies on recipes I have refined over the years.

I do not believe in mass production. Everything happens right here in Cooke Town. I use hand-pounded spices for that authentic depth of flavour you cannot replicate with store-bought powders. Because I cook in small, focused batches, I can maintain the quality of the seafood and the tenderness of the meats.

How the Fiesta Works:

• The Menu: I announce the Fiesta menu on specific dates. It is a rotating selection featuring classics like Pork Vindaloo or Chicken Cafreal.
• Pre-ordering: This is the most important part. Because I source fresh catch, I need your orders confirmed ahead of time. Once the slots are full, I close the orders to ensure I can give every meal the attention it needs.
• Pickup or Delivery: You can collect your feast directly from my kitchen in Cooke Town, or we can arrange for a delivery across Bengaluru.
