This isn't a spa, it's a training zone. We operate strict, slot-based access for both recovery and coaching because we treat the water like a fight, with focus and discipline. Bring your own gear and be ready to put in the work, because once you are in the water, the excuses stay on the deck.
The water is your tool. Use it for active recovery. Let the pressure of the water help your muscles heal after a heavy combat session. If you are here for coaching, we do not do kids' stuff. We teach breath control, proper stroke mechanics, and stamina building. You will learn to control your movement, not just splash around.
Facility Specs
Our outdoor, free-form pool is located in Greenfields Colony. We maintain standard filtration and chlorine levels daily to ensure it is fit for serious training. There is always a lifeguard on deck to ensure safety while you push your physical limits.
Membership Options
We offer monthly, 3-month, and full-season access. Self-swim slots are 45 to 60 minutes, perfect for a focused endurance blast. Our small group coaching classes are capped at 10 people to ensure the instructor gives everyone attention. We focus on freestyle and breaststroke for real strength building. You need your own swimwear, cap, and goggles. If you have the guts to show up, we have the space for you to grow.
