Running solo gets old. At RTC, we train as a tribe, laugh over post-run chai, and chase every finish line together in Cubbon Park.

One love, one team. This is the spirit of the Road To Trail Club. We are more than just a running group; we are a tribe.

A heartfelt post from one of our members about how running with our club has been a game changer for his mental health. This is why we do what we do.

A member's appreciation post after completing his first half marathon. It shows the power of our community and coaching in helping people achieve their dreams.

This image from a member's post shows the dedication behind the success. A training calendar filled with our workouts, proving that consistency and a structured plan lead to results.

Our post-run rituals are as important as the run itself. Grabbing coffee together after a session is where we bond, share stories, and build our community.

Kicking off the new year with the first run of 2025. Here's to more miles and more strength for our incredible run club.

About this collection

We aren't just here to log miles; we’re here to build habits that actually stick. Whether you’re showing up at 5:30 am for your first 5k or prepping for an ultra, the real workout happens in the shared energy of our squad. Every session at Cubbon Park ends with our mandatory chai circle—it is where the actual team bonding happens, and it is why we never miss a Saturday.

Our Philosophy: Train Together, Race Together

At RTC, running is not a solitary sport. We believe that if you have a squad waiting for you, you will show up even on the days you want to hit the snooze button. Our community is built on consistency and mutual encouragement. You might start with us to improve your pace or lose weight, but you will stay because of the friends you make on the tarmac.

The Cubbon Park Ritual

Our home turf is Cubbon Park. We meet every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 5:30 am. Rain or shine, the group shows up. We use the park's natural terrain—roots, stairs, and paths—for our functional drills, but the heart of the session is the post-run gathering. We head for breakfast and chai, where we swap stories, discuss training blocks, and laugh about the hill repeats we just conquered.

Why Join Our Squad?

  • Inclusive Atmosphere: We have runners of all levels. From total beginners taking their first steps to seasoned marathoners chasing a sub-4 hour finish, everyone has a place.
  • Dog-Friendly: Our runs are open to four-legged friends. We have plenty of 'parkies' (stray dogs in Cubbon Park) that join our pack, making for a truly heartwarming running experience.
  • Holistic Training: We combine road running with functional strength, core drills, and agility work. We want you to be a runner who is strong, not just fast.
  • Support System: Whether it is injury prevention advice, tips on gear, or just someone to keep you motivated during the tough phases of an ultra-prep block, the tribe has your back.

Come for the run, stay for the chai, and grow with the community.
