I'm Captain Sujith. My Road to Trail Club isn't just about logging miles; it's a running family. From newbies to ultra-runners, we train hard, share some laughs, and get stronger together in Bangalore's parks.

This is what it's all about. That feeling before a race, the support of your team, and the promise of the kilometers ahead. This is not just about running; it's about running this race of life, together.

This is the RTC family. We have runners of all levels, from those just starting their journey to seasoned ultra-marathoners. We train together, we race together, and we celebrate every finish line.

Here's a glimpse into our core workout session. I guide the team through plank shoulder taps, Russian twists, and high plank holds. Building a strong core is non-negotiable for a powerful and injury-free run.

The countdown to the Malnad Ultra 100km. This is what we train for. The mud, the elevation, the challenge. Trail running builds a different kind of mental and physical strength.

Meet my main running partner, Batman. We are a dog-friendly running club, and my furry friends are a big part of our daily runs and the heart of our community.

The reward after the grind. Celebrating with my crew after finishing the BMF 31.5km trail race. We train for these moments of achievement and shared victory.

A look at one of our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) drills. Here, I'm demonstrating high knees, a key exercise to improve cadence and cardiovascular fitness.

About this collection

Don't expect just a generic running program. My sessions combine structured marathon planning with military-style conditioning drills—think jump squats and mountain climbers—right here in Cubbon Park. Whether you're aiming for your first 5K or training for a 100km ultra, we focus on movement mechanics and building a core that makes you injury-proof.

I started the Road to Trail Club (RTC) because I wanted a tribe, not just a group of runners. My coaching style relies on what I call a 'Commando mindset'—we train with discipline, but we keep it fun. It is about building a body that can handle the road, the trail, and everything in between.

My training blocks are fully periodized. We don't just run; we work on cadence, surface management for trails, and dynamic drills to keep you agile. You will see us at Cubbon Park for our weekday sessions and at Nandi Hills when we are prepping for technical ultras like the Malnad 100km.

I am big on community. We are a dog-friendly club because my furry running partner, Batman, taught me that every run is better with a tail wag. If you join us, you are not just getting a training plan. You are getting a squad that motivates you rain or shine, and yes, we might even do some high knees while we are at it.

I'm Sujith, an army brat who found his home in Cubbon Park. I coach the Road to Trail Club with a simple rule: train hard so you can enjoy every kilometer. Whether it is HIIT drills or long trail runs, we keep it real, sweaty, and always community-focused.
