About Flowy Anarkalis & Fusion Gowns

When we design your gown, we focus on the structure—like adding boning to a corset bodice or can-can to the skirt—so the silhouette holds its shape while you dance. We handle the fit adjustments in-house at the studio to ensure your final outfit sits exactly as you imagined.

When you choose a custom fusion gown or Anarkali, we are really building an outfit that bridges the gap between classic heritage and modern comfort. I love using fabrics like Tussar silk and Banarasi brocade because they hold structure well, allowing me to play with silhouettes like corsetry or layered drapes.

For events like sangeets or cocktail parties, I often recommend designs that offer freedom of movement—like a tiered gown or a corset-style Anarkali—so you do not feel restricted. If you prefer something more traditional, we can incorporate rich embroidery on the yoke and sleeves while keeping the skirt flowy and lightweight.

The Custom Experience

Everything is made-to-order at my Sadashivnagar studio in Bengaluru. Because I do not believe in mass production, we start with a consultation to sketch your ideas. Whether you are looking for a Banarasi jumpsuit for a modern festive look or a heavily embroidered Anarkali for a wedding, the process involves selecting the right base fabric, finalizing the embroidery techniques like Zardosi or Aari, and scheduling fittings. We often use can-can for volume and double-lining to ensure the piece lasts and maintains its shape. Since every piece is custom, I guide you through the process, from choosing your neckline to final hemming based on your footwear, ensuring you walk out feeling confident.
