About Custom Bridal Wear & Trousseau
Your Story, Your Style
I get how much your wedding means to you. Every outfit should feel like it’s made just for you, not just another piece off the rack. I design bridal wear and trousseau that’s personal, from your engagement to the main Muhurtham. If you want your family to match, I can do that too - coordinated looks for everyone.
What I Make
- Hand-embroidered bridal blouses are my thing. I work with zardosi, pearls, crystals, and threadwork. If you want your initials or a special motif, I’ll stitch it in.
- I design lehengas, Anarkalis, and gowns for Sangeet, Cocktail, and Reception. You want multi-color for Mehndi or shimmer for the evening? I’m on it.
- Grooms, you’re not left out. I create custom groom sherwani, dhoti-kurtas, and even embroidered turbans to match your bride.
How We Work Together
You bring your ideas, Pinterest boards, and dreams. I bring my craft. We sit together, chat, and sketch out what works for you. I’m based in Sadashivnagar, Bangalore, but I ship worldwide. South Indian wedding trousseau is close to my heart, but I work with brides everywhere.
Real Talk
I love making outfits that feel special, but sometimes handwork takes time. If you want something truly unique, patience is key. I’m all about making your wedding wardrobe feel like you.

My Story
Hey, I’m Lavanya, and this is Rithi Design Studio - my little world in Sadashivnagar. ‘Rithi’ means tradition, and that’s what I’m all about. I get a kick out of hand embroidery, especially for weddings. There’s nothing like seeing a bride, groom, or even a tiny tot light up in something we made. Every piece is personal here, stitched with a lot of heart (and chai breaks).
My Work
Bespoke outfits for everyone - We design customised bridal lehengas, non-bridal ethnic wear, hand-embroidered kids’ outfits, and smart menswear for any big day.
Made just for you - Every outfit is made to order - your fit, your colours, your style. No copy-paste here.
Hand embroidery is our jam - We work magic with velvets, tussar silks, brocades - all about those tiny details and hand stitches.
Classic or fusion? Both! - Love a green-pink saree? Or want to mix it up with modern fusion wedding outfits? We’re game for both.
By appointment only - Drop by our Sadashivnagar studio - we chat, sketch, and make your dream outfit happen together.
