High-Energy Dance Fitness and MMA Fusion Classes in Vile Parle

This is what my dance fitness class is all about: pure energy and fun. I guide the group through a high-intensity Zumba routine where you can let loose, feel the music, and get a fantastic cardio workout without even realizing it.

Here, my class moves together during a fusion workout segment. We combine dance fitness with other exercises, like these synchronized side stretches, to improve coordination and work your core muscles.
To ensure a complete fitness transformation, I mix in conditioning drills like high knees and bodyweight squats. This part of the session is focused on building strength and power for effective weight loss and muscle toning.
We always finish with essential cool-down stretches to improve flexibility and aid recovery. In this shot, the group is performing a guided stretch to release tension in the hips and back after an intense session.

We run 60-minute sessions that blend Zumba rhythms with functional conditioning drills, so you're building endurance and burning calories without feeling like you're grinding through a workout. Our sessions happen in a space designed to support high-intensity movement, using thick EVA foam mats that provide excellent impact absorption for your jumps and pivots. You get the best of both worlds here: the fun of dance cardio and the effectiveness of MMA conditioning. We keep the music loud, the pace fast, and the atmosphere judgment-free.
What happens in a session?
We start with upbeat rhythms to get your heart rate up, followed by functional drills like squats, burpees, and high knees. We finish every session with dedicated cool-down stretches to help you recover and improve your mobility. It is a full-body workout that tones muscles while you lose weight.
