About Specialized Training Batches
We structure our training to ensure you get actual results. Our foundation batches focus on mastering basic agility and safety, while our advanced and police recruitment groups push you through 90 to 120-minute sessions that include everything from track drills to endurance running in diverse terrains like the salt pans in Uran.

- Progress Tracking: We keep group sizes manageable. In our foundation batches, the focus is on learning correct movement patterns to prevent injuries. As you advance, the intensity increases, and the focus shifts to technique refinement, match simulations, and psychological preparation.
