Mastering the fundamentals is key. Here, I am guiding a 12-year-old athlete through a perfect 'double thigh hold', a crucial defensive skill in Kabaddi. We focus on teaching proper form and technique from a young age.

Strength and conditioning are the bedrock of any sport. Our athletes are seen here performing high-intensity ladder drills to improve footwork, speed, and agility, essential for both Kabaddi and Kho-Kho.

All the hard work on the training ground pays off in competition. This is our Aarose International School team showing their skills and spirit during the DSO Panvel Taluka Kabaddi Championship.

We use professional athletic drills to build superior athletes. This hip mobility exercise using hurdles is critical for improving flexibility and range of motion, helping to prevent injuries and enhance performance in raiding and defending.

As an international athlete who has won 7 medals for India, I bring years of on-field experience to my coaching. I understand the journey of an athlete, from the grueling training to the pride of representing your country.

We believe in pushing boundaries with unique training methods. Here, our athletes are engaged in water resistance running, an excellent way to build stamina and leg strength with low impact on the joints.
