About this collection

If you are training for Hyrox, you know the hardest part isn't the lift; it is the run after the lift. My sessions specifically simulate that "compromised running" state—where your legs are screaming from sled pushes but you still have to hold your pace. We do not just train movements; we train your ability to keep moving when your body wants to quit.

Why Hybrid Training?

Functional fitness events like Hyrox demand more than just brute strength. You need a mix of aerobic capacity and muscular endurance. Most people go to the gym to lift, and then they run on a separate day. My programs combine them. We integrate sleds, SkiErg, and rowing with running intervals so your body learns to handle that specific transition.

What We Work On:

  • Compromised Running: Drills that force you to run immediately after heavy leg work, simulating the race-day intensity.
  • Erg Efficiency: Maximizing your stroke rate on SkiErg and Rowers to conserve energy for the lifts.
  • Movement Standards: Perfecting your rep efficiency in wall balls and lunges to avoid "no-rep" fatigue.
  • Mental Toughness: Because when the legs burn, the mind usually cracks first.

Whether you are aiming for a podium finish at an upcoming Hyrox Mumbai event or just want to build a functional, resilient body, the process is the same. We train with intent. We don't guess.
