You won't find generic gym routines here. As an NS-NIS certified coach, I focus on the 'why' behind every movement—whether it is your sprinting form, your Kabaddi chain defense, or your technique for the long jump. If you are serious about results, my training will push you beyond your limits.
The training at Risers Academy is built on the same principles that led me to 7 international medals. We don't just exercise; we condition for performance.
My Coaching Philosophy
Everything I teach is based on technical accuracy and physiological conditioning. I do not believe in shortcuts. Whether you are a 4-year-old taking your first steps on the turf or an adult preparing for the Maharashtra Police recruitment physical, you get the same intensity.
What You Can Expect
- Athletics & Track: From sprinting technique to marathon endurance, we work on form, speed, and mental toughness.
- Kabaddi & Kho-Kho: We teach aaplya maatitla khel (our soil's sports). My training covers agility, defensive holds, and tactical game awareness.
- Recruitment Prep: For those looking to join the force, our physical training is tailored to the exact requirements of police and defense exams. We combine drill-based training with mental resilience.
