We do not just train; we build athletes. Whether you are aiming for police recruitment or sharpening your game for the field, we get you to peak performance.

This video showcases our diverse strength-building exercises. Athletes perform pole-assisted jumps and stair climbs to develop explosive power and lower body strength, crucial for powerful raids and solid defense.

Medicine ball drills are a core part of our regimen for developing functional strength. These exercises improve core stability, coordination, and power, which translates directly to better performance on the Kabaddi mat.

Quick feet win matches. Our athletes work through agility ladder drills, a fundamental exercise for improving coordination, speed, and the rapid changes of direction required in Kabaddi and Kho-Kho.

As a coach, I lead by example. Here, I am setting up and demonstrating personalized agility drills using hurdles and cones to ensure every athlete understands the movement and its purpose.

Our training grounds in Ulwe are always buzzing with activity. Young athletes are seen here practicing on agility ladders and mini-hurdles, building a strong athletic foundation from an early age.

'Gorilla walks' are a fantastic full-body exercise we use to build shoulder stability, core strength, and coordination. It's a challenging drill that improves overall body control and endurance.

Consistency is key to success. This young athlete is performing hurdle jumps on a turf field, a plyometric exercise that builds explosive power in the legs for higher jumps and faster sprints.

Professional hurdle drills for hip mobility are a staple in our training. This exercise is vital for all athletes, especially for sprinters and jumpers, to increase flexibility and prevent groin or hamstring injuries.

A complete athlete needs balance, flexibility, and strength. This session focuses on dynamic stretches and balance exercises that improve stability and control, reducing the risk of injury during play.

About Building Elite Athletes: Strength & Conditioning

We move beyond standard gym routines to focus on functional, field-based conditioning. You will work with agility ladders, medicine balls, hurdle drills, and stadium steps to develop explosive power and speed. It is not just about getting fit; it is about building the specific mechanics, hip mobility, and endurance you need to win, whether that is on the Kabaddi mat, the track, or during a physical recruitment trial.
