About Pilates & Core Work
We keep it real here. Our Pilates sessions take place on our wooden studio floor in the heart of Koramangala. It is a naturally ventilated, non-AC space, so expect to sweat as we focus on controlled, mat-based movements to build your strength from the inside out.
Building a Stronger Foundation
Pilates is not just about abdominal crunches. It is about understanding how your body moves and strengthening the muscles that support your spine and posture. In my classes, we strip away the complex equipment and go back to basics with mat-based exercises that create a powerful mind-body connection.
