This is what personalized strength coaching looks like. Here, I'm guiding a client through a barbell bench press and dumbbell curls, focusing on proper technique to build stronger muscles. The journey to strength starts with that first rep.
A glimpse into one of our power workouts where we mix it up. This group is using dumbbells and resistance bands for a combination of floor exercises and standing movements to target different muscle groups.
Variety is key to keeping your body challenged. In this session, my clients are using dumbbells for arm exercises and foam rollers for core stability work. I'm always there to guide and motivate everyone in the class.
About Strength Training
You won't find me standing in the corner just counting reps. In these 1-on-1 sessions, I am right there with you to ensure your form is perfect—especially when we’re handling dumbbells, barbells, or battle ropes. We start by fixing your posture, then we build intensity so you actually see progress without risking injury. Whether you’re a total beginner or looking to break a fitness plateau, we’ll tailor the specific movements to your body, not the other way around.
How We Train
Strength training at Rhythmic Feet isn't about competing with anyone else. It's about you, your goals, and getting stronger safely. We operate out of our Koramangala studio in the 8th Block, providing a focused environment where we use classic tools like rubber hex dumbbells, barbells, and stability balls to target every muscle group.
The Process
We don't do boring, repetitive routines that you’ll quit after two weeks. We mix functional strength with Pilates principles to keep things interesting. When you train with me, you get real-time feedback. I am watching your movement, spotting your lifts, and making sure you are engaging the right muscles. If you are new to this, we will spend time breaking down the basics so you feel confident handling weights.
