I design these workouts to build practical strength that helps you in your daily life. We use dynamic equipment like battle ropes and stability balls to improve your power, coordination, and overall endurance in a fun group setting.
Pilates & Core Work
My Pilates classes are all about strengthening your core and improving your flexibility. We use controlled, mat based movements that build a solid foundation for all other fitness activities, improve your posture, and create a powerful mind body connection.
Yoga for Flexibility & Balance
Find your center and increase your range of motion with my yoga classes. These sessions are designed to help you de-stress, stretch your muscles, and improve your overall balance through a series of foundational yoga poses.
Fun Group Workouts
I believe fitness is always better when we do it together. My group classes in Koramangala are packed with positive energy, motivation, and a strong sense of community. We cheer each other on and make sure every workout is a great experience.
