I practice what I preach! Building strength is a journey, and I'm right there with you. This is a glimpse into my own training, using barbells and weight plates to push my limits. I use this same focus to help you master your form and get stronger.

About Featured
I do not believe in one-size-fits-all routines. In these sessions, you will see a mix of heavy lifting for strength and controlled mat work for core stability, all guided by me to ensure your form is perfect. I am there to correct your posture, push you through the plateau, and remind you why you started in the first place.
When you train with me, we move beyond basic reps. My sessions in Koramangala are designed to be dynamic, mixing traditional strength training with functional movements like battle ropes and Pilates principles to keep your body guessing and growing.
My Approach to Training
- Form First: I am not one to stand in the corner counting reps. I am right there with you, fixing your stance and spotting your lifts. If you are new to the gym, we start with the basics to build a foundation that prevents injury.
- Variety is Key: We use a mix of dumbbells, barbells, and resistance tools. If you are bored with your current routine, we will switch it up with some functional training or Pilates-based core work.
- The Vibe: The studio is a high-energy space. Expect loud music, a lot of sweating, and plenty of encouragement. It is not a clinical gym environment; it is a community where we celebrate small wins, like hitting a personal best in a lift or finally nailing a Pilates move.

I tailor the plan to your specific goals, whether that is weight loss, muscle gain, or just functional movement for daily life. For those on monthly or quarterly packages, I provide body measurement tracking and basic nutrition guidance to help you stay on course.
