About Yoga for Flexibility & Balance
Our yoga sessions are not about holding perfect poses or achieving extreme flexibility in one go. We focus on foundational movements like forward folds and planks that help release the tightness you accumulate from sitting at a desk all day. You just need a mat, comfortable clothes, and a willingness to show up for yourself.
Whether you are a beginner or looking to improve your existing range of motion, these classes are built around consistency and feeling good. We keep the environment non-judgmental so you can move at your own pace without feeling the pressure to compete with anyone else.
Yoga here is a great complement to the dance and fitness workouts we do at the studio, helping your muscles recover while improving your core stability. We emphasize listening to your body rather than forcing it into shapes, making this ideal for anyone wanting to build strength and balance in a friendly, relaxed setting.
We operate out of our Koramangala 8th Block studio, providing a space that is accessible for everyone in the neighborhood. If you are new to the practice, we guide you through each movement to ensure you stay injury-free while getting the most out of your session.
