This is the energy of our functional fitness sessions. We combine dumbbell exercises with intense battle rope drills for a complete conditioning workout. We always end on a high note, celebrating the hard work we put in.
Building a strong core with stability balls. In this video, I'm guiding my clients through a series of crunches and leg raises using the ball for an extra challenge. I count every rep to keep everyone motivated and on track.

Whether you are lifting weights or focusing on core stability, I am there to spot you and push you past your plateaus.

What we do in a session
- Battle Ropes: Excellent for building explosive power and cardiovascular endurance. It is intense, but the results are worth it.
- Stability Balls: We use these to build a rock-solid core and improve balance. It is harder than it looks, but I will be there to ensure your form is perfect.
- Strength & Conditioning: We incorporate dumbbells and barbells safely. I break down every movement so you understand exactly what muscles you are targeting.
