This is the energy of our functional fitness sessions. We combine dumbbell exercises with intense battle rope drills for a complete conditioning workout. We always end on a high note, celebrating the hard work we put in.

Building a strong core with stability balls. In this video, I'm guiding my clients through a series of crunches and leg raises using the ball for an extra challenge. I count every rep to keep everyone motivated and on track.
